Description

Reasons:

1. The cutter head gem is clogged or the water switch is not turned on

2. The electro-hydraulic reversing valve spool is stuck

3. The electro-hydraulic reversing valve does not receive a signal
Solution:

1. Check the above components

2. Clean the valve core

3. Troubleshoot so that the electro-hydraulic reversing valve receives a signal

The pressure gauge needle swings greatly when changing direction,Such as unilateral return to zero

Reasons:

1. Check the one-way valve for leakage and heat

2. Check the plug assembly

3. The high-pressure sealing rubber ring is damaged

4. The hydraulic cylinder piston sealing ring is damaged
Solution:

1. Replace the high-pressure valve core and spring

2. Check whether the low-pressure valve core is loose

3. Replace the low-pressure high sealing ring

4. Replace
If both sides return to zero
Reasons:

1. Whether the energy converter gem is not installed

2. Check whether the high-pressure pipeline is leaking

3. Insufficient hydraulic pressure or leakage
